Mmm This restaurant is the BEST RESTAURANT I’VE EATEN IN BOYACA! maybe even in Cundinamarca! You can definitely tell when there is soul in the food. We tried two different rice great dishes one was vegetarian and the variety of fresh vegetables made it soooo rich not any less than the one with chorizo and longaniza. It is typical food but elevated on the original flavors and clean presentation. And don’t get me started on the service! Beautiful nice happy to share their wonderful food people. We called before and they were very attentive and helpful. We are very grateful with Everyone for accommodating our needs.

Perfectly cooked local trout with interesting accompaniments, beautifully presented, with a great view of Lago de Tota out of the large windows. We also had onion soup made from the local onions to start. This place is a short drive off the main road, but is worth the detour for the quality of the food and ambience!
